Effective dialogue across difference skills are a key tool in influencing inequity.  When these skills are developed, one can become comfortable and competent in disrupting problematic behaviors related to racism, biases, and social  issues in a culturally responsive manner.  Ultimately, the ability to have tough conversations is essential to progressing towards our aspirational goals for social justice.
