Here is a sampling of the Justice Issues that we, as a Fellowship, have spearheaded in the past few years.

Holiday Cards for Migrant Families: We created and sent cards to help migrant families feel welcome during their difficult journey establishing refugee status in the USA.

Online Vigil for George Floyd: We welcomed people to an online vigil so that people could join the call for justice and reflect on the causes of lethal oppression.

I Registered Absentee Campaign: We promoted absentee voting so that people would feel comfortable casting their vote without having to go to the polls in person.

White Fragility Book Discussion: We discussed the book and reflected on the nature of White Privilege and how it impacts marginalized communities.

See No Stranger Book Discussion: We studied this book and learned about the way we can turn grief into social activism.

Vigil for Ruth Bader Ginsberg: We honored the work of the famous RBG, and mourned her passing.

Grow an Extra Row: We planted extra crops in our gardens and provided fresh vegetables to members of our community who experience limited access to high quality food.

Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil: This is an annual event in November to recognize the need for justice and equality for transgender and gender non-conforming people, we mourn those we have lost.
