October is the month many denominations commemorate the life of St. Francis of Assisi, who died in 1226 C.E. The worship service at KUUF on Sunday, October 19, will be a Blessing of the Animals.

All animals (with their people), are welcome to be with us in the sanctuary. Animals at home who are Zooming in will also be blessed. Stuffed animals are welcome too! A candle will be lit in remembrance of those companions who have been part of our lives in the past.

Service will be in person and on Zoom.
