Cultivating Compassion

There is a poem written by Thich Nhat Hanh in 1978, during the time when he was helping the boat people fleeing Vietnam. It’s called “Please Call Me by My True Names.” Together, let’s practice deep listening to this poem and see what arises. After a few comments, I will lead us in a guided metta (loving kindness) meditation.

Service will be in person and on Zoom.
